When should I postpone an order’s invoice due date?

You should postpone an invoice due date when your customer will not get the order on time (such as a delay in shipping).

Also, your customer should go into the Klarna app and pause the invoice to avoid receiving a late fee. The customer can then pay for the order when the order arrives.
