What happens if I return my purchase?
We’ve got you covered! Returns are subject to the store’s return policy, so please check the store’s website for information on their return policy and instructions on how to make a return. If the store issues a refund, we’ll update your payments accordingly. You can check the status of your payments and refunds anytime here or in your Klarna app.

How will my refund be processed?
If the store issues a full refund, any payments already made will be refunded to your original payment method and your remaining payments for that purchase will be canceled.
If the store issues a partial refund then it will be processed differently depending on the payment method you’ve chosen:
Financing Account – There will not be a change to your monthly payments if you receive a partial refund from the store. Your payments will remain the same and you’ll pay off the balance sooner. The refund will be reflected on your next monthly statement.
Pay in 30 days – If the store provides a partial refund for your order, you’ll receive an email letting you know the updated amount due.
Pay in 4 installments – If you receive a partial refund for your order, the credit will first be applied to your last scheduled payment instead of changing the amount due each payment. So your upcoming payments will continue to be collected until the remaining balance is paid off.
Good to know: Refund processing times varies and can take up to 14 days depending on your financial institution. To check the status of your refund, please confirm first that the store has issued a refund and check your original payment method to ensure the refund hasn’t been processed. If 14 days have passed since the store updated your order and you are still missing your refund please contact us for further support.
