My purchase was denied, why do I still have a pending authorization hold on my card?

If you don’t successfully make a purchase, any hold placed on your payment card will be released within 24 hours. Depending on your financial institution, it might take between 1 to 7 business days for this to reflect on your account.

In the case that you are still being charged for a failed or cancelled purchase, it could be due to the store not fully cancelling the order. Please reach out to our Customer Service for assistance, with the confirmation on hand that your order has been cancelled.
