How do I log in?

In the Klarna app

  • Enter the email address or mobile phone number associated with your Klarna purchases and we’ll send you a 6-digit verification code.
  • If it’s the first time you are logging in to your Klarna account you will be required to verify both your email address and mobile phone number.

On klarna.com

  • Visit klarna.com
  • Choose Login from the top right of the page, and select Private login
  • Enter the email address or mobile phone number associated with your account
    • If you have chosen to enter your email address, you will receive a verification link
    • If you have chosen to enter your mobile phone number, you will receive a 6-digit verification code
  • If it’s the first time you are logging in to your Klarna account you will be required to verify both your email address and mobile phone number.

Good to know: Please note, the unique email verification link will expire 24 hours after being sent.
