How do I log in?
In the Klarna app
- Enter the email address or phone number associated with your Klarna purchases and we’ll email or send you a login link.
On klarna.com
- Visit klarna.com or click here
- Choose ‘Login’ from the top right of the page, and select ‘Private login’
- Enter the email address associated with your account
- We’ll email you a login link
Good to know: Please note, the link in your email will expire 24 hours after being sent.
Are you not receiving the login link?
We suggest you try the steps below:
- Confirm that you’ve entered the correct contact details
- Check your spam folder
- Use the most up-to-date browser version
- Clear your cookies
