How do I report a phishing or scam attempt?

If you’ve received an email, text message or a call from someone impersonating Klarna:

  • Do not click on any links, download attachments, or respond to the sender.

  • Do not share personal information like passwords, PINs, or account details

  • Report the fraud by submitting this form
