Currently, Klarna offers one plan: unlimited data, voice, and text, with 10 GB of hotspot data. It includes unlimited roaming in Canada and Mexico.
Yes, you can keep your current phone number when you switch Klarna Mobile. During sign-up, you’ll have the option to transfer (or “port”) your existing number from your current carrier.
Number porting simply means moving your phone number from one provider to another—for example, if you currently have service with AT&T Wireless, you can transfer that same number to Klarna mobile plans without any interruption.
Before transferring, please make sure your phone is unlocked. Locked phones can’t be used with a new carrier until they’re unlocked by your current provider. The sign-up instructions will walk you through this process step by step.

A Klarna mobile plan includes international roaming in Canada and Mexico. You’ll get unlimited data, talk, and text while traveling there, subject to our fair usage policy.
Please note: Klarna, in cooperation with Gigs, may suspend plans with excessive roaming usage. Roaming outside of Canada and Mexico is not included at this time.
Yes. You can cancel your Klarna mobile plan at any time with no cancellation fees. Once you cancel, you’ll only pay for the current billing period, and your plan will not renew.
