We will perform a soft credit check when you:

• Use Pay in 4

• Use Pay in 30 days

• Use Pay over time

• Apply for a Klarna Credit Card

Soft credit checks do not affect your credit score and will not be visible to other lenders.

Good to know:

• If you make late payments or fail to pay, this could have a negative impact on your creditworthiness and prevent you from using our payment methods.

• Using the prequalification feature will not affect your credit score in any way, whatever the outcome.

Returns are handled directly through the store. Once the return is processed by Brooks Running, Klarna will adjust your payment plan accordingly. This may include updating upcoming payments or issuing a refund if you’ve already paid. You’ll be notified by Klarna once the adjustment has been made.
