Temporarily block your Klarna Card by freezing it in the app. You can unfreeze your card in the app when you are ready to use your card again.

Freeze card

1. Go to

   Wallet

2. Tap Klarna Card and go to Settings

3. Choose Freeze my card
   

Cancel card

You can permanently cancel your Klarna Debit Flex Card in the app:

1. Go to

   Wallet

2. Tap Klarna Card and go to Settings

3. Choose Cancel my card and select the reason why you want to cancel your card to confirm

Replace card

To deactivate and replace your physical Klarna Debit Flex Card:

1. Go to

   Wallet

2. Tap Klarna Card and go to Settings

3. Choose Settings and Replace my card
   

Good to know:

• You can use your virtual card whilst waiting for a physical replacement card.

• Purchases you placed with a card before cancelling remain due for payment.
