Payment methods accepted by Klarna:

• Debit cards, such as Visa, Discover, Maestro, Mastercard.

• ACH (Automated Clearing House) payments from a connected bank account.

• Direct Debit (available for Pay over time products).

Debit cards must be issued in the United States, and the cardholder's name needs to match the name on the Klarna purchase.

Good to know: You cannot use credit to pay off purchases made using Klarna's credit products.

The following payment providers do not work with Klarna:

• Credit cards, such as American Express (AMEX), Chase Credit Cards, Capital One credit cards.

• Prepaid cards.

• Checks.

• Online banking apps, such as Metabank and CashApp.
