What is a ‘Stop request’?

Klarna will attempt to stop shipments of suspected fraudulent orders by sending you a ‘Stop request’ email. A ‘Stop request’ banner will appear on the order warning you the order is a high risk, so items should not be shipped. After stopping the order, you need to cancel the corresponding invoice and send confirmation by replying to our email request. If you can’t stop the order, reply with the shipping information instead.

Good to know: you need to reply to the email request within 24 hours for Klarna to maintain risk responsibility.
